Terms & Guidelines for booking

When you want to book a course or workshop please send your name, address, telephone number, email address and the event you are signing up for, in writing either by email or post.

We recommend that you book well in advance, as places may fill up well before the event and it helps us prevent cancellations.
Payment can be made once we receive your booking. Bank details will be sent you and you will receive a welcome letter with all the necessary practical information. If you have any questions, please contact us in order that we can clarify any questions you may have.

Monies paid are not normally refunded except in exceptional circumstances but if cancellation is unavoidable they can be held over for use in a future course.
